Dr. Barnes Awarded Hillman Postdoc Fellowship

Congratulations to Drs. Ryan Barnes (Opresko lab) and Sarah Hengel (Bernstein lab) for being awarded the Hillman Postdoctoral Fellowship for Innovative Cancer Research! This award, made possible by a donation from the Henry L. Hillman Foundation, is designed to support the nation’s top early-stage postdoctoral fellows in leading-edge cancer research in Hillman laboratories. Fellows chosen receive a stipend 20% above the current NIH level and a generous career development fund, which can be applied toward research-related expenses.
